and specific stretching and manual therapy are the tools we can use to begin enhancing our quality of life. Changing how we sit, stand, and move - and how we feel when we sit, stand and move - lays the groundwork for rebuilding our confidence and enjoyment of movement.
on the order of once or twice a week will sustain the gains made by initial therapeutic interventions and will support daily movement. Anything worth keeping up will be supported by gentle exercise - walking, hiking, rolling around on the floor with grandkids, sailing, living independently and minding our homes.

If we never move outside of our comfort zone, our comfort zone will get smaller and smaller - and so will our bodies and minds. Breaking out and occupying the space around us regularly will keep us healthy and spry!
